Japanese-Speaking Assistant Administrator HOBAN Recruitment location Sydney.
This global organization, with branches in major cities worldwide, is seeking an Administrator to join their growing team. As this is a newly created role, you will work closely with the Senior Administrator to provide support.
This is a full-time position requiring unlimited work rights and proficiency in Japanese language skills. Enjoy the flexibility of a hybrid working arrangement. Sydney CBD, Hybrid Working arrangement, Mon-Fri Full time.
Key responsibilities oversee daily office functions and administrative processes. Manage communication channels, including phone calls and emails. Organize and maintain IT systems and equipment. Schedule appointments, meetings, business trips, and coordinate events.
Ensure all departments have the necessary office supplies. Implement and communicate office policies and procedures. Assist with budget tracking, invoice processing, and accounts management. Coordinate with building management for maintenance and repairs. Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
Qualifications strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities in both English and Japanese. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software. Detail-oriented with the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially. Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred. Unlimited work rights *No Working holiday or Student.
