IT Training Support Talent – Winner location Melbourne, Western Suburbs. Salary 300-350 per day. Our client is looking for an IT Training Specialist to join their team to assist with the support of the delivery of changing systems by training and supporting staff through the system implementations. Developing and delivering individual and group training for the new systems as part of the Changing Systems project, in line with the adopted change approach. Key responsibilities assist with the delivery of the changing systems project, by training and supporting staff through the roll out of new systems and processes, develop and deliver individual and group training for the new systems as part of the changing systems project, in line with the adopted change approach, develop supporting training material and/or user guides as needed for system users, work collaboratively with the project team and other internal stakeholder groups to provide feedback on staff use of new systems and concerns, assisting them to respond, participate in change forums and input into policy/process development, create, support and maintain key partnerships and relationships with key stakeholders, work with teams and individuals to bring them along with the change. Key selection criteria experience with adobe captivate elearning software or equivalent desirable, strong customer service and communication skills (both verbal and written), well-developed time management skills with the ability to work to prescribed deadlines, ability to work independently in a challenging environment and in multi-disciplined teams, in a reliable and highly professional manner, well-developed problem solving and analytical skills.
