IT Technical Support Opus Recruitment Solutions location Melbourne. This position is for a IT event technical engineer who is looking to learn and progress within there career. This exciting opportunity will see you start off in Melbourne but you will need to travel interstate as well. The key responsibilities for this role is to provide technical support for on site IT systems and event officials. You will primarily focus on IT service delivery/deployment as well as installations and support of products such as wireless, networking switching, laptops, printers,phones, cabling and more. You will be asked to create new technical documentation, assit in configuration and maintenance of the networking and security environment. Skillset demonstrate high level of administrative skill with strong attention to detail, understanding on how to write technical documentation, methodical and systematic troubleshooting and problem solving skills, excellent understanding of networks, routing, protocols and all forms of networking equipment, extensive in depth skills and knowledge of all versions of windows, good understanding of wireless control systems and access points.
