IT System Engineer location Macpherson / Potong Pasir, East. Job Type Full-Time.

5 days (9am-6pm), Ubi View, Salary $2,600-$3,500.

Roles and Responsibilities (IT System Engineer) Directly reporting to the IT Lead to delivers functional expertise, leadership, and support IT systems and solution for the region. This position is responsible for implementing, supporting and maintaining all IT solutions/platforms. Install and configure Server Operating Systems (Linux and Windows), and Networking Systems. Perform security hardening, backups and maintain baseline system documentations.

Develop, maintain and document the installation and configuration procedures. Provide system and networking support and maintenance to our existing customers. Coordinate with team, documentation, implementation, training and support. Prepare, update and deliver regular project status updates.

Job Requirements 1 to 3 year of relevant working experience. Knowledge of system security, virtualization and industry standard IT protocols. Knowledge of networking concepts like Firewall Configuration, Switch Configuration, LAN Troubleshooting, Network Tracing, WAN etc. Knowledge of Windows, Linux and VMware/ Hyper-V systems.
