IT Support or System Engineer Experis AU location Melbourne. Our global IT business is looking for an IT Support/ System Administrator to assist with their long-term project based in Melbourne CBD. Please note - This is a part time role and we are looking for someone to do 10 hours a week - spread across x3 days a week. Location - melbourne cbd, rate - $32/hour + super. Responsibilities provide support for the client's system management processes and tools, including virus updates, data backup and restore services, system monitoring processes and system access processes, provide services to the customer within agreed service delivery timeframes, ensure that service level agreements are met, ensure tasks are completed to agreed customer requirements, use service delivery processes, assist with the development and enhancement of relevant standards, procedures and guidelines, identify and raise service improvement initiatives to management for discussion.
