IT Support Officer Baby Bunting location Melbourne, Bayside and South Eastern Suburbs. Salary $60,000 - $70,000 Plus laptop and Phone. Baby Bunting is expanding our team to ensure we have the right people to lead and support our growing network of stores. Your new role our new it support officer will provide operational support for the baby bunting support office and store network users ensuring that all it services including hardware, software and network services run efficiently. The successful candidate will be the face of IT Support and will play a key role in delivering timely and accurate resolutions utilising their strong communication, teamwork and troubleshooting skills. Key responsibilities include providing level 1 support for head office and store incident and service requests through telephone, email and remote assistance tools, as well as attending sites as required, providing a high quality of support, computer training, installations, hardware configurations, documentation and general technical maintenance to our users and all head office and store it systems, identifying priority 1 incidents and rapidly escalating to the necessary team members and/or partners, creating and maintaining soe images for all hardware, supervise vendor technicians in their onsite it related tasks ensuring that the service desk system is kept up to date.
