About the role we require an enthusiastic and highly motivated it support officer to provide and assist in the smooth and efficient running of client systems, networks, pcs and printers. The candidate will have a passion for working on large systems and server environments and support the senior Engineer across the network. The successful candidate will secure a permanent position based in Melbourne and be offered a rewarding salary package. Skills and experience minimum 2 years’ experience in a support role with windows 2008/2012 server experience, provide troubleshooting solutions to clients for pc’s, printers, networks and servers and install software as required, experience implementing anti-virus software, an understanding of networking connectivity including; dhcp, ntp and dns, vmware server implementation, administration and support and other virtual platforms i.e. xenserver, hyperv etc) is highly desirable.
