We are seeking a  dedicated IT Support Officer to deliver high-quality IT services to our internal clients and students. The person we are seeking is motivated and skilled in IT Helpdesk as a Support Officer to join their team in early 2024 and help provide excellent technical support to all areas of the business.

Responsibilities respond promptly to technical support requests via phone, email, or in-person and provide timely and effective solutions. Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to hardware, software, and network systems. Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software.

Assist in managing user accounts, permissions, email configurations, and access control. Company technology asset management. Document and maintain records of support requests and resolutions. Provide excellent customer service by maintaining a professional and courteous communication style. Stay current with industry trends and best practices to improve IT support services.

Requirements relevant tertiary qualification in Information Technology or a related field. Proven experience in IT support or a related role. Familiarity with computer hardware, software, and peripherals. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Excellent time management skills. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Committed to continuous improvement and learning. Must be office based in Melbourne CBD - Elizabeth Street.
