IT Support Officer The Recruitment Company location Sydney. $250 - $275 inc super per day.

My client is a niche services business that specialises within Government. Due to a high level of activity within a SOE migration project, we urgently need helpdesk officer to help deal with L1 issues. This work can largely be done by working remotely, and in office presence every fortnight in Parramatta.

You can expect to be dealing with high call volume and hours will be 9am to 5pm. This is an excellent chance for someone be working across multiple technologies within a reputable business and covering a large environment. There will also be further opportunities beyond.

Key skills required strong track record working in ServiceDesk/ Helpdesk Support function covering a blend of L1 issues. Ability to have excellent queue management skills, preferably in ServiceNow. Preferred Technologies: Microsoft.

MUST have strong customer service approach with all levels of the business. Experience working within large fast paced companies, preferably in government. Must be able to handle large volume of calls. Great communication skills, both verbal and written.
