Fantastic opportunity for an IT Support Officer to work in a supportive and inclusive team. $ Base Salary + Super + RDO + Flexible Working. Full time, ongoing opportunity. Ideal opportunity for a recent graduate or experienced professional with a couple years of industry experience. Thomastown based (Wurundjeri Country) with travel to various sites.

About the role/opportunity we are seeking an IT Support Officer to join our friendly, busy, and dynamic team in a full-time capacity. You will be the first point of contact for our ICT Service Desk, providing efficient and targeted Level 1 support to our diverse staff teams within the agreed SLA timeframes.

Your days will be varied and interesting, responding to ticketed queries, phone calls, and walk-ups who are seeking assistance to resolve their technical issues. You must be committed to a culture that supports and embraces Child Safe Standards. You will also be required to hold a current Working with Children Check for Employees, a current driver's license and be willing to undergo a Police Check.

To be successful in this role you will need TAFE or Degree Qualification in IT (or working towards) highly regarded. Strong commitment to customer service and continuous improvement with strong communication and written skills - both independently and as a part of a team.

Love problem-solving and troubleshooting technical problems in a fast-paced environment using initiative, problem solving and solid time-management and organisational skills. Understanding of Microsoft products and a strong understanding of operating systems - Microsoft Office 365 exchange/ Azure / SharePoint / Microsoft Teams.

Hardware device configuration knowledge (PCs, printers, print servers, wireless devices, smart devices). Diagnosis and resolution of computer hardware, software, printer, or peripheral issues.

Excellent people skills with the ability to build rapport with stakeholders and peers across all levels in a positive, valuable, and professional manner. Comfortable to travel to Kids First's dispersed sites to work with our teams as required. Technical support and administration of basic network knowledge and on-prem Active Directory is desired.
