Key responsibilities advanced Troubleshooting Investigate and resolve escalated technical issues that cannot be addressed by Level 1 support. Collaboration Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, QA engineers, and product managers, to ensure timely issue resolution. Collaborate with Level 1 support engineers to share knowledge and best practices.

Documentation Create and maintain technical documentation, including troubleshooting guides, knowledge base articles, and resolution procedures. Escalation Management Identify issues that require further escalation to Level 3 support or other specialized teams.

Technical Expertise Stay updated on product releases, new technologies, and industry trends to maintain a high level of technical knowledge. Remote Assistance Provide remote guidance to customers and clients, walking them through complex troubleshooting steps and configurations. Project Assistance Assist the project team with large-scale projects.

Qualifications and requirements proven experience in a similar technical role. Proficiency in Microsoft applications (365, SharePoint, Exchange). Familiarity with cloud-based technologies (AWS, Azure). Knowledge of networks (switches, routers).

Experience with Windows Servers. Familiarity with VMware and Hyper-V. Familiarity with ConnectWise. Bonus points for experience with Firewalls. Certifications CompTIA A+, ITIL, CCNA, Microsoft Certs (Bonus points).
