IT Support Officer Staff Solutions Australia Pty Ltd location Melbourne. Salary $60k + Super depands on experience.

Role and responsibilities IT support officer is to provide front-line student and staff IT support for networks, maintain online learning platforms and develop web designing program, ensure IT policy and procedures are applied in accordance with applicable laws, organizational rules and requirements. IT support officer will be the first point of contact for IT related issues and take ownership of users queries and resolve them in a timely manner whilst escalating deeper technical issues as appropriate.

Job responsibilities provide support for ICT and A/V equipment to staff, students and the broader college community. Provide technical and administrative support for the online learning programs, hardware/software and other learning management systems, align with the teaching timelines. Develop and enhance learning modules and online learning environments for education requirements in blended delivery and/or online modes. Design and build instructional resources in A/V supported learning management system for implementation of the blended learning delivery model.

Ensure the redevelopment/ new design of the website to desktop and mobile capabilities, and other functionalities. Consult with the teaching team from time to time to ensure that delivery is appropriately supported. Report any suspected cases of communications or rule breaches and support management accordingly. Selection criteria Tertiary qualifications in IT. At least two years of recent experience in Windows Server and Office 365 administration. Experience on ICT support, LMS (Learner Management System) such as Wisenet and Moodle would be advantageous. Ability to communicate complex instructions in a concise manner.
