As our IT design, management and support teams are hosted within head office, we have an opportunity for a motivated IT Support Professional to join our growing and innovative business. Please note with the current climate, all our positions are currently working from home roles. You must have your own computer and internet connection to be eligible for this role.

The successful applicant will be responsible for providing first point of IT Support contact for all staff. Responding in a timely manner to service requests and issues. Managing user accounts and permissions. Installing and configuring computer hardware and software, according to established procedures. Replacing and upgrading equipment as required.

Maintaining the IT Asset Register and asset tagging equipment. Handling and moving equipment in accordance with Occupational Health & Safety and Manual Handling guidelines. After hours IT Support during July (roster).

Your skills will include relevant IT industry experience or qualifications (1+ years). Experience with Windows Server, Windows 10 and Microsoft Office. A good knowledge of computer hardware. Excellent communication between all users at all levels. A friendly and positive attitude. Mac OSX Support desirable.
