IT Support Officer Australian College of Christian Studies location Sydney. We are a private dual sector higher education provider and registered training organisation. We are seeking an IT Support Officer to join our team. This position is responsible for the provision of day to day operation and technical support of ACCS’ operating systems and associated IT related office equipment. Key responsibilities manage the college’s learning management system – moodle, provide timely technical support to accs’ staff and help-desk enquires from students, accurately troubleshoot problems, install, configure, upgrade software and hardware, provide moodle development support, manage and update the library’s linux operating system and maintain and update website details. Essential criteria demonstrated christian faith, experience with windows 10, mac ios, g suite, linux and some php experience, ability to prioritise tasks, must demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills, and tertiary qualifications in information technology or other relevant qualifications with relevant experience, we are only able to consider applicants who currently have the right to live and work in australia, this is a full-time permanent role.
