IT Support Officer Hays Information Technology location Melbourne. Located in the South-East, your new company are a Federal Government organisation that solve the greatest challenges using innovative technology. They are committed to introducing and maintaining up-to-date, quality IT services in support of their strategic objectives. Your new role in your new role, you will be the first point of contact for any IT related issues. You will assist with the delivery of IT services and support systems that underpin scientific research. Main duties include telephone support and use of remote desktop technologies for resolution of incidents and requests, onsite support for tasks requiring physical assistance to solve a problem, assisting with project work as directed. What you'll need to succeed to be successful with your application, you will need to be an australian citizen, strong troubleshooting skills across windows operating environment and o365, well developed knowledge of it related equipment - desktops, laptops, monitors and printers, experience with network port patching and software fault assistance.
