About the role as the IT Support Officer, you will be the front line of all IT queries across the business, you’ll be charged with solving issues both over the phone and in person in a timely manner. Naturally inquisitive, you’ll always aim to find long term solutions to help minimise future issues and implement automation where possible. Key technical skills include extensive experience in a desktop support role, ad, office 365, windows based environment, maintain the it asset register, support voip and conferencing systems, ensure compliance with policies and procedures as well as iso certifications, work across a range of business critical project as required.
