I’m working with a local council in Werribee and they are looking for an IT Support Officer to start on the 16th of December 2019 and complete on the 20th of March 2020. Responsibilities service desk support – advice to end users, maintenance of desktop hardware, software, maintain the inventory levels of consumables i.e. toner cartridges, record asset information and assist with maintenance, data recovery assistance. Important that you focus on risk management, in accordance with the council’s risk management policy, are a team player, supporting the service desk team and team leader, possess strong problem solving skills, hold a current victorian driver’s licence, have a background in service desk support, pc and peripheral hardware knowledge as well as, windows 7/10, general knowledge of networking concepts, citrix, active directory for windows server, microsoft exchange/outlook.
