IT Support Officer RSEA location Melbourne, Bayside and South Eastern Suburbs. We also have in house design and development of custom uniforms, ELEVEN Workwear and Blue Rapta. The role reporting to the it manager and an integral member of the IT support team, this role provides helpdesk technical support across RSEA’s national footprint of retail stores, distribution centres, hire depots and head office support sites. This role will assist with all IT infrastructure enquiries, including hardware, network, and software installation and maintenance. Additionally providing technical support to our internal customers while ensuring security and integrity of all RSEA data. You will use your customer service capabilities and your technical capabilities to help your colleagues by troubleshooting, diagnosing, installing and configuring a variety of hardware and software. This role will give the successful candidate the opportunity to implement efficiencies across all divisions within our business and work within a friendly team environment. This role may be involved in group IT projects so an ability to be able to travel both locally and interstate may be required. The successful Candidate must have an it degree, the ability to provide excellent customer service, strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport easily with your peers and internal customers, 3 years minimum experience in a similar desktop support/service support role, an ability to multi-task with a flexible approach to different tasks, hands on experience with hardware support and connectivity troubleshooting, show a passion for technology, be a strong team player with a service-oriented attitude, strong research and problem solving abilities are required. Desirable skills preferred experience with windows, pc’s, comms, lan, wan, vpn and system admin, preferred experience in retail.
