Job description provide end user technical support, support hardware replacement & restore on-site equipment, perform and maintain software & hardware installation & functionality, install, configure & support remote networking connectivity, troubleshooting for all computers & network issues, troubleshoot & manage the printers, troubleshoot hardware and software problems for routers / desktops / laptops / tablets, test, install & configure new desktop/laptop/tablet hardware & software.
