IT Support Engineer The Glen Cameron Group location Melbourne. Whether it’s local trucking, couriers, warehousing, interstate transport or third party logistics management, the Glen Cameron Group continues to expand upon its total logistics solution for businesses throughout Australia. Due to substantial growth we are currently looking for an IT Support Engineer to provide 2nd level support and deliver projects, on a permanent basis. The role reporting to the it manager, the it support engineer is responsible for providing 2nd level support to numerous clients, both remotely and on-site, in a fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities include administration of ad, citrix and vmware, administration and migration of office 365, support of windows operating systems, software updates, maintenance of user accounts, troubleshooting a range of software issues, delivering exceptional technical support and operate within specific sla’s. Your profile you will have demonstrable experience in an it support capacity within an msp or enterprise scale environment with a strong customer focus. Experience supporting the following is critical active directory/azuread, exchange, office 365, vmware/hyper-v, citrix, microsoft office, a strong understanding of networking is also essential. In addition to your technical skills the role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to prioritise your work. Relevant tertiary qualifications and Microsoft and ITIL Foundation certifications would be an advantage.
