About the role are you a passionate IT graduate eager to jumpstart your career in a dynamic and supportive environment. Prestige Inhome Care is looking for a dedicated IT Support Engineer to provide L1/2 support to our internal staff. You'll gain hands-on experience with cutting-edge technology while delivering high-quality service to ensure smooth operations across our offices.

Key responsibilities include provide in-person and remote troubleshooting for internal staff on a wide range of IT issues for desktops, laptops, printers, mobiles, and tablets. Assist with setting up accounts and IT equipment for new hires and manage access to our cloud applications.

Help our Direct Care staff set up and troubleshoot our Carer/Mobility app. Handle IT Support tickets raised via phone, email, or our support portal, ensuring timely resolution or escalation as needed. Assist in maintaining and tracking IT infrastructure and computer assets.

Migrate staff computers to Intune/Defender for Endpoint and deploy the standard operating environment. Provide IT support for desktops, laptops, printers, mobiles, and tablets. Deliver excellent customer service and maintain a positive feedback rate of over 98%.

What we are looking for tech-Savvy Knowledge of Windows 10/11 desktop operating systems and Microsoft 365 tools like Entra ID, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams. Problem Solver Ability to troubleshoot and support a range of IT devices. PowerShell & SQL Experience Familiarity with PowerShell scripting and SQL queries is highly regarded.

Communication Strong communication skills and the ability to assist colleagues with varying levels of IT knowledge, both in-person and remotely. Positive Attitude A can-do mindset, customer-focused, and eager to learn new skills. Minimum Cert III in IT or equivalent on-the-job training.
