IT Support Analyst Taylor Fry location Sydney. We’re expanding our IT department. As Taylor Fry continues to grow, we have an exciting opportunity for an IT Support Analyst to join our Sydney office. Working closely with the IT Manager and IT Specialist, you’ll provide front-line technical support across Sydney, Melbourne and Wellington. This is a key role – supporting the administration and maintenance of the IT environment, and ensuring all IT services are set up and operating effectively across Active Directory user accounts, terrestrial and mobile telephony, video conferencing and other IT hardware and software. Far from a standard support position, you’ll also be able to flex your technical muscle, providing specialist support to our consultants and their IT devices. This will involve working with professional equipment that assists in providing client services such as predictive modelling, big data analytics and fraud detection. We’re looking for someone with a real love of technology and passion for IT. We want you to go beyond the day-to-day, to open the hood and understand the detail behind the work we do. This will help you ensure the business is operating effectively from a strong foundation of IT integrity. For example, you’ll closely monitor the firm’s IT systems to ensure no unplanned downtime is experienced by the business, and that planned maintenance windows are effective and completed within designated timeframes. You’ll also be required to help maintain the firm’s ISO27001 certification, which upholds a high IT security standard, and is paramount for our clients. To achieve this, you’ll develop an in-depth understanding of the firm’s Statement of Applicability and assist with internal audits. To be successful in this role, you’ll have the following skills and attributes at least three years’ experience working in an it helpdesk or pc support role, diploma or degree in information technology, an in-depth understanding of microsoft windows operating systems, confidence working with computer hardware and comfortable replacing computer components, ideally, experience working with active directory user administration, a genuine desire to help people and enable them to work effectively, a proactive self-starter, with initiative, and good organisation and multi-tasking skills, confidence engaging with employees and senior stakeholders to build effective working relationships across the firm, a team player, offering assistance and support to colleagues, a love of technology, about our culture.
