Description

IT Support Analyst Peoplebank Australia NSW location Sydney. Responsibilities management of desktops, laptops, printers, mobile phones, smart devices, audio visual equipment, ensure old assets are decommissioned (securely reformatted), new assets documented (tagged/recorded) and deployed in a timely manner, follow up with vendors for asset deployments and replacements/warranty repairs, ensure all personal computer based licensed software are recorded, documented (autocad, archicad, adobe creative suite, acrobat professional), organise relocations & returns of equipment, update and maintain accuracy of assets within cmdb databases, undertake regular physical audit of assets. Experience windows 7 and windows 10 including imaging using wds, desktop applications, active directory experience managing users, computers, groups and using automation tools like adaxes, sailpoint etc, microsoft vpn - configuring and troubleshooting, remote desktop support (rd web gateway), office 365 - configuring outlook & skype for business, mfa, apple iphones and ipads, android devices (samsung tablets etc), multi-function devices.
