IT Support Analyst location Sydney, CBD, Inner West & Eastern Suburbs. Salary $55,000 - $69,999. Guardian Australia launched in May 2013 as part of Guardian News & Media (GNM), one of the largest English language newspaper websites in the world. We are recruiting for an IT support analyst to provide day-to-day IT and technology support to Guardian Australia employees. The IT support analyst will act as the first point of call for technical issues to the business and 3rd party suppliers. Other key responsibilities include responding to support requests, troubleshooting issues, administrative tasks using Jamf Pro and Microsoft SCCM, configuration and deployment of Macs and PCs, technology inductions to new starters and administration of the IP telephony system. Our ideal candidate will have familiarity with macOS, Windows, iOS and Android operating systems, strong customer service skills, technical aptitude, experience working with a diverse range of stakeholders and a sound understanding of computer networking, Microsoft Office and web browsers. The successful candidate will have a proactive, flexible and methodical approach to work, exercise discretion and sound judgement, demonstrate strong interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skills and respond calmly under pressure.
