This full time, permanent position is based on site at our centrally located Melbourne office, 5 minutes' walk from Melbourne Central station.

What You'll do support Across the board provide IT admin support to all staff at our Head Office, branches, and beyond. Meeting Room gur  Ensure our Teams and Zoom systems are always up and running. Tech troubleshooter triage and resolve IT support tickets quickly and efficiently.

Device manager maintain our IT device register and manage mobile devices in line with our security policies. System enhancer keep our systems updated, monitor backups, and ensure software applications meet user needs. Problem solver perform diagnostic investigations and coordinate repairs with contractors when necessary.

What We're Looking for team player able to work both independently and collaboratively. Customer Service champ committed to providing top-notch support. Organized & flexible excellent at managing time, setting priorities, and adapting to changing demands.Tech enthusiast passionate about improving systems and processes. Detail-Oriented communicator great attention to detail and effective communication skills.

Your Experience & skills relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent experience. Strong knowledge of MS Office, Windows OS, and Microsoft Active Directory. Experience with MS Office 365, Microsoft Intune, and mobile device management. Proficient in Windows scripting (e.g., PowerShell). Applicants must be Australian or NZ Citizen or Permanent Resident.
