IT Support location Macpherson / Potong Pasir, East. Job Type Full-Time.

Monday to Friday 9.30am-6.30pm (Required to go client site occasionally), Location UBI, Salary $2000-$2300.

Main Duties and responsibilities to provide end-user support via email or hotline. To log all customer requests into internal ticketing system. To troubleshoot all end-user related issues. To perform the generation of monthly ticketing report. To provide efficient and timely technical support to end-user. To proactive update and follow up to end users. To follow up on the progress of all outstanding issues until closure. To perform laptop imaging and deployment when required. To update knowledge base for end-user support. To perform other IT related duties when assigned by the management.

Job requirements with relevant 1 year experience. Familiar with Windows OS. Printer administration, Office 365, Active Directory, O365 Sharepoints, O365 Email and OneDrive support experience. Basic understanding of DNS, DHCP and TCP/IP.
