Description
IT Support Recruit I.T location Sydney. Great opportunity to work in a small team of IT Professional and assisting with both telephone and face to face support. This role is 50% help desk 50% desktop support so you must have excellent communication and technical experience.
You will be responsible for working on the Win 7 to Win 10 upgrade, Lotus notes to Ms exchange project, troubleshooting/installation of both hardware and software via telephone, remote and face to face, logging and closing calls, active directory administration, network account creation / deletion, Office 365 administration, server and network maintenance.
To be considered for this role you must have excellent technical knowledge AD, Win, Ms office, and Exchange, be willing to work both on the phones and face to face as this help desk takes around 60 calls a day, have previous 1st and 2nd level support experience, enjoy working with the end user, understand the importance of prioritization, you must also be available to do on call (around once a month), parking is available.
