IT Staff location Orchard / River Valley, Central.

Recruit First is hiring temp IT staff. You will be outsourced to work at location AMK/Somerset. Pay $10/h + shifts (additional $10 or $22 per day). Working Hours 12hr per day, 24 by 7 Support (2 days work, 2 days off. 8.00am – 8.00pm, 8.00pm – 8.00am rotating).

Responsibilities Deskbound - Manage IT Support calls. Hardware Escalation. Log incident via ServiceNow.  Manage Service Request. Contact users to get confirmation on reported incidents are resolved.

Requirements Min Nitec in IT, IT savvy.
