The opportunity reporting to the Team Lead IDE Services, this role is responsible for interacting with staff and other users to provide a customer first approach on ICT support.

Key responsibilities provide Level 1 support for end-user computer hardware and software. Manage service delivery functions within ServiceNow ticketing system. Manage the organisation's workplace computing environment. Manage users utilising Microsoft 365 and Azure Active Directory and Intune.

Maintain accurate records within asset management systems. Triage high priority incidents and escalate to appropriate resolver group. Assist with the collation of service desk statistics for internal reporting and training.

Who we are looking for the incumbent will be a team player who has a customer first focus, owns problems till resolution while ensuring customer satisfaction is met. You will have strong technical skills across the Microsoft Technology Stack - Windows desktop OS, Microsoft 365, Azure AD, Exchange and SharePoint online and will be familiar with working within a large and complex environment to provide analysing, monitoring and resolving problems reported to the service desk.
