IT Service Delivery Analyst Morgan McKinley location Sydney. Salary $75k - $80k p.a. +super.

My client, a leading financial services organisation based in Sydney CBD is looking for a passionate, driven and attention to detail focused IT Service Delivery Analyst to join their growing team. You will be responsible for both the management and delivery of key IT services to both internal and external staff. This role is a permanent role which will hire and start remotely before continuing in the Sydney CBD based office once quarantine procedures are finished.

About in this role you will be working alongside an established tight knit team to help support the organisation in all IT related matters. You must be passionate about the field and be motivated to help others to a consistently high standard.

Your skill set will include at least 3+ years in a similar IT Service Delivery role. High practical knowledge of security operations and what is needed to ensure operational security. Extensive experience with supporting and troubleshooting of issues - L2 and upwards. Strong knowledge of Windows 10, PC/phone hardware, Microsoft applications (MS Office).

Experience with device management platforms - Office 365 (especially Intune), Service Desk ticketing systems, Software deployment systems and SharePoint. Have a strong eye for attention to detail. Understanding of agile process. Strong communication skills. Be a strong team player who enjoys working in a close-knit team.
