IT Recruitment Consultant Ignite location ACT.

Ignite is looking for an IT Recruitment Consultant to join our Canberra team of twenty plus staff and be part of a friendly and supportive team. This role will work with the other Recruitment Consultants to provide assistance to our Account Managers to identify and place Information and Technology candidates into appropriate roles. Your part is to work closely with candidates to assist them in finding suitable employement. If you are not an experienced Recruitment Consultant, full training and mentoring will be provided to make you as effective as possible through structured courses, workshops, one-on-one coaching and online learning.

To succeed in the role, you will have sound Interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport. Written and verbal communication skills. Integrity, diligence and honesty, Initiative. Ability to work under pressure. Ability to fit into the team – it is warm and welcoming work environment.
