IT or Network Support My Muscle Chef Pty Ltd location Sydney. My Muscle Chef is a young and dynamic company rapidly expanding into the healthy ready-made retail market. We are a customer centric business and as such require an enthusiastic individual to ensure security and reliability of our internal IT systems and infrastructure. As our business is thriving at a rapid pace, we're looking for a passionate candidate to join our company ASAP. Your responsibilities will include monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks, pc hardware and printer support, updating and restarting all computers & servers, provide desktop support and technical issue resolution for all staff,  troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware/software faults, develop documentation, training materials and guides to support the use of technology. Required skills & experience understanding of network infrastructure (switches, routers, firewalls etc), excellent troubleshooting skills, knowledge of general it security practices and anti-virus programs, minimum of 1 year experience with it / network support, please note this is a permanent, part-time position with the initial 2 days per week commitment.
