Operating since 2015, we are New Zealand's largest recruitment agency in temporary to permanent staffing solutions in the early childhood education sector. We spend a minimum of 2 days a week in our centrally located office working collaboratively.
A little about the role this is a leadership role responsible for overseeing all aspects of technology strategy, infrastructure, and operations across the company. This position plays a critical role in driving innovation, ensuring efficient technology utilisation, a robust cybersecurity framework and continuous development of said rocket in line with the company's vision and values.
Reporting to the General Manager, this is a role with a great deal of autonomy and variety. The role includes both hands-on technical and management responsibilities of a team of in-house software engineers. You will also be managing relationships and service delivery from outsourced providers and partners.
Required qualifications & experience to be successful in this role, you will need a minimum of 3 years in a people management role. You will have a broad range of skills including operational and fiscal management. Project management. IT Service Delivery. Vendor and contracts management.
You must have hands-on architecture and/or implementation experience in developing technical solutions. We use .NET Core, Progressive Web Applications, Power Automate, Office 365, PowerBI, Vercel, and many others. An ability to grok and learn systems and tools quickly is a must.

Well-developed influencing skills to achieve effective outcomes that are owned by stakeholders. Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
