IT Manager Charterhouse location Sydney.
The purpose of the role is to support a regional team and to work with a variety stakeholder to ensure that the members of the company are delivered a great technology experience.
Responsibilities support the day to day IT operations. Plan, strategize, configure, and deliver support. Support the delivery of technology services that support and improve business processes for members. Provide strategic leadership and guidance to the Desktop Support team. Ensure coordination and management of IT helpdesk and the timely resolution of requests according to SLAs.
Design, develop, and document departmental processes. Provide support, direction and guidance to Technology Services team members, supervising and coordinating their activities and assisting team members in reaching their potential performance levels. Manage projects, including planning and execution of technology rollouts, migrations, etc. Assist in the strategic planning for the future of the department.
Coordinate and partner with other departments to understand and resolve issues faster and more effectively. Have a deep understanding of IT applications and core infrastructure. Regularly assist staff with desktop support face to face and over the phone. Skills demonstrated ability to lead and manage end-user support teams and drive success. 5+ years’ experience providing end-user support (Level 1 – 3). Strong Office 365 skills and experience with Azure/AWS. Experience providing support to VIP customer and executive level stakeholders. Finance industry experience is highly appreciable.
