Your role responsibility for technical design, deployment and maintenance of business technologies, building and managing a high performance team, drive best practice methodologies and frameworks, oversee infrastructure to optimise optimal performance, be responsible for it costings, analysis and ultimately the bottom line improvements, risk assessment and it security across the business, involvement in overall strategic it plans for the future. Whilst you will manage IT - you will only have a small direct team, you will not be ultimately responsible for the current ERP system upgrade/implementation (a consultant partner will be handling this) - giving you time to manage day to day IT function, interact with consultants and learn, you will in 12 months or so take on a fully integrated working and functional system - could anything be better.

You must demonstrate suitable IT experience at a level of confidence and responsibility across a business environment of arou, skills across infrastructure, project management and service delivery, show leadership of a team - including driving change and the accountability for outcomes, have exceptional communication skills, a background in FMCG - distribution, manufacturing or wholesale - high volume / multi-site, be a problem solver, one who takes on the job and owns it - this is a role for a motivated person who finds solutions and drives the business to achieve agreed results - roll up your sleeves and make it happen.
