We offer specialist legal services in litigation and dispute resolution, property, employment & industrial relations and plaintiff personal injury law. Our clients include a broad cross-section of corporate, government, not for profit, SME and personal clients. The opportunity an exciting new opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated and experienced it helpdesk support professional to join our IT team based in our CBD office. This full-time role will have varied and have you interacting with a variety of people on a daily basis. We are ideally seeking candidates with a minimum of two years relevant experience. Reporting to the IT Manager the successful candidate will be the first point of contact, providing IT helpdesk support to staff across all levels of the organisation. Your responsibilities will include supporting a wide range of software, hardware, products and services used by over 200 staff, supporting users for software and hardware rollouts and upgrades, regular server administration and maintenance, installing, moving and setting up pc workstations and equipment, carrying out audits of it equipment and recommendations for future needs. Successful candidates will have minimum two years’ relevant it/helpdesk experience, strong communication and problem-solving skills, high attention to detail, sound knowledge of all microsoft software packages, predominantly 2008 and 2012 server, exchange 2010 or above, office 2010 or above and windows 7/10 (client), understanding of lan, wan technologies and sql database knowledge, prior experience with it projects and their successful implementation, preferred experience with  legal software packages including imanage and aderant, the ability to work independently and as part of a friendly and busy team.
