IT Helpdesk Support Tribe (New Zealand) Limited location Auckland.

About the Role as the IT Helpdesk Support expert for this leading household brand, you will be responsible for supporting users across this company’s ERP (NetSuite), Active Directory and Office 365. Your role will also involve setting up computers, account & login support and hardware/software troubleshooting. This brand is going through some exciting changes in the systems space, and will need your resilience, adaptability and technical aptitude.

About you we are looking for someone who can hit the ground running, and take ownership of the learning opportunities in this role, to provide exceptional IT Support.

What else do we look for previous experience in a Level 1 & 2 IT Helpdesk Support role supporting Office 365, Active Directory, One Drive and SharePoint. Experience supporting NetSuite preferable. (Experience supporting any ERP is essential for this role). Problem solving skills and a high level of initiative.
