IT Helpdesk Support Smaart Recruitment location Melbourne. Our client, a well known and reputable Catholic College based in Dandenong who is looking for a switched on and experienced IT Helpdesk Support member to join their friendly and supportive team. If you are a switched on, capable IT professional with previous experience and can hit the ground running this may be a job for you. The role providing frontline it support for all business as usual activities, tending to inquiries (via phone, email and/or in person, if required) in an efficient manner, resolve level 1/2 support issues in the first instance and escalate to higher-level support if and as required, ensure all support requests are logged as support tickets, required knowledge of windows 10, desktop and notebook, ipad and ios, microsoft sccm task sequences and images, device management via cisco meraki mdm, installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of workstations, desktops, laptops, phones, monitors, printers, etc. including updates, repairs, and rollouts of new devices, monitoring and maintenance of fuji xerox copiers, basic av checks, and tasks associated with projectors and tv's, perform other duties as requested by the it manager. To be considered the successful candidate will need to possess the following previous it support experience in a fast-paced environment, able to manage internal and external stakeholders' needs is a must, professional verbal and written communication skills with high attention to detail, ability to work to tight deadlines, multitask and understand the importance of prioritizing, previous experience with solarwinds - or similar, exposure to sccm task sequences and images and cisco meraki mdm, think outside the square and have a real passion for technology and what's in the market, have a current working with children check.
