Join the Wurth Team we currently have an exciting opportunity for a IT Service Desk operator to provide helpdesk support to the Wurth Australia Sales force and internal staff based in Dandenong South. Reporting to the IT Service Desk Team Leader, your key responsibilities will include providing prompt response and resolution to all support calls ensuring a great end user experience, logging, addressing and resolving all incidents, service requests, changes, problems and projects, acting as a first point of contact to all internal and external staff on it issues, meeting and exceeding our sla's for answering phone calls, classifying and resolving requests, creating and cultivating a positive customer experience, escalating and communicating promptly on progress and helping customers with a professional attitude, helping manage the deployment, configuration and security of desktop and mobile devices i.e laptops, iphones, ipads and other peripheral devices, ongoing administration and maintenance of system accounts in active directory, wurth crm, sap, asset database and ms exchange during the staff creation and transfers process and procedures, documenting it processes and procedures i.e how-to guides, troubleshooting documentation, daily/monthly procedures etc, be available to work between the hours of 7am and 8pm on a rotating roster basis.
