IT Helpdesk location Macpherson / Potong Pasir, East. Job Type Full-Time.

Job responsibilities provide technical and information support on applications to customers via telephone. Perform basic troubleshooting (including writing of some fundamental SQL scripts) on the issues reported. Escalate technical issues to the relevant parties when needed and follow through diligently till the issue are closed. Monitor some on on-going batch jobs to ensure that they are successfully executed without failure. Provide monthly helpdesk reports. Perform basic programming work where required.

Job requirements at least Diploma in Computer Science or a related discipline. Preferably with 1 year of helpdesk or IT-related experience. Good interpersonal skills have positive attitude to meet new challenges. Singaporeans only.
