Kia Motors is one of the world’s fastest growing motor vehicle manufacturers represented in over 172 countries across the globe. An exciting opportunity has arisen for an IT Help Desk Support Administrator to join us on a 3-month contract, with the potential for extension.

This role would suit a recent graduate with 1 to 2 years’ experience, keen to pursue a career in the IT help desk area. Reporting into the IT Manager you will become an integral part of this organisation ensuring smooth day to day running of the IT help desk.

Some of your key responsibilities will include provide technical support on a range of hardware/software installations/configuration, maintenance and support services. Provide phone support to users within Australia and overseas. Provide a fast repair turnaround time ensuring minimal disruption for users. Provide a quick response and high standard in troubleshooting issues related to PC and Mobile devices. Create troubleshooting logs. Perform regular check-up on users' PC health.

The successful candidate will have the following attributes recent experience in IT Level 1 and Help Desk support. Sound Knowledge of Computer & Mobile Device settings. Capability of root-cause analysis on PC related technical issues. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work autonomously. Ability to prioritise and complete tasks in a timely manner.
