IT Help Desk Quay Appointments is working with a leading Government Department based in Parramatta. My client is looking for a Customer Focused Service Desk Analyst to work on an initial 6 Month contract with likely extensions. This role is the perfect stepping stone for someone who is looking to grow and progress in their IT career. You must be willing to work in a 24/7 environment.

You will be responsible for provide an excellent level customer service and support to users to solve incidents and minimise productivity loss due to ICT issues. Prioritise inbound calls and que management within the ticketing system. Identify areas for continuous improvement. Working autonomously as well as a team environment.

You must have excellent customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal. Willingness to learn and a strong passion for IT. Ability to work collaboratively and share new ideas and techniques. Ability to handle a high volume environment. Willing to work in a 24/7, shift based environment.
