The client takes pride in both in-house and business partner brands within healthcare and personal care through its tailor-made strategies and partnership.

A new opportunity has been identified for an experienced Mandarin- speaking IT Director to lead a small team onsite.

Your duties will include, but not limited to lead a team including 1 in-house IT engineer, outsourced on-site support & remote support. Lead the planning, development, implementation, monitoring, and performance of applications, security and infrastructure. Develop an enterprise wide IT strategy. Help desk for local and remote users. VPN setup and support. Projects for IT development as set by Sydney FD or global CTO. Provide support to other sites.

You will have a minimum of 10 years experience in IT Management. You must be fluent in reading, writing and speaking Mandarin. Bachelor's degree in a Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or related discipline or equivalent work experience; Master's degree highly desirable. Direct management of a major IT operation highly preferred.

ERP systems implementations of Oracle or SAP. Experience in Product Life-cycle Management solutions such as Agile PLM or Windchill. Broad IT infrastructure and application architecture knowledge. Strong program/project management leadership knowledge and skills.
