Job description deliver IT end user support / front end / back office service operation. Operate as the first level service desk to resolve and/or escalate IT service incident. Generate service reporting for service performance (KPI/SLA data). Gather and maintain site IT operation service documentations and inventories. Identify, recommend and initiate site IT service optimization effort.

Record and report service platform performance (availability, continuity and capacity management). Maintain site operational stability, compliance to governance and reduce risk at minimum level. Assist in site IT audit activities. Liaise with external vendors to facilitate IT service and material delivery. Participate in country/site IT project roll-out implementation.

Requirement Bachelor degree in Computer Science/ Information Technology. 2-4 Years relevant working experience providing desktop support/ Helpdesk Support/ Service desk support. Good experience in handling Computer hardware and software. Able to provide IT end user communication and support. Experience in IT Infrastructure service operations.
