Technically you would bring to the team, at least 3 years' hands-on experience troubleshooting support issues across numerous environments, excellent problem solving and time management skills, preferable (not required) experience working in a consulting field, technical experience with microsoft (windows server 2008 and later, microsoft exchange, etc.), virtualisation technologies (hyper-v, etc.) and networking technologies (cisco, netgear, hp, etc.) technical experience with hardware platforms (hp, ibm, etc).
