It’s our mission to make healthy eating easy for Kiwis by delivering fresh, nutritious, fully prepared meals directly to customers and schools as part of our Ministry of Education partnership. We are growing rapidly and have big ambitions so to get there we need a switched on marketing and customer happiness assistant to support us in our growth.

Based in FED. Towers HQ in Henderson, Auckland you will need to hit the ground running, joining a high-performance, high speed culture where you will support the senior management team with marketing and sales initiatives as well as customer service.

On any given day you could be establishing yourself as a trusted advisor to our customers, educating them around our products and their benefits. Helping our FEDDIES to get answers to their questions via phone, email and our online customer management portal Gorgias.

Create and manage weekly emails to customers and prospects (via Klaviyo). Place and update customer orders in our e-commerce platform. Maintain and update social media platforms. Developing content ideas for social media.

Supporting the Head of Marketing with events and food shows. Develop marketing collateral (using design platform Canva). Assist in development of new campaigns and launches. Analyse the result of marketing campaigns. Developing, managing and analysing digital marketing campaigns. Building trust based partnerships and articulating the value of FED’s products.

Role specific requirements a flexible, decisive, quick-thinker, who has the ability to handle difficult situations in a patient, calm and effective manner. Must be able to self manage and work independently. Must have excellent written and oral communication skills.

Ability to learn and use new software programmes (Shopify, Klaviyo, Gorgias, Meta). Must be able to communicate the story of FED. and its products. A passion for quality and attentive customer service. Great attention to detail.
