Invoicing Administrator or Data Entry Orthotic Centre (NZ) Ltd location Auckland.
Full-Time Position, Monday to Friday – Fixed Term Contract, 6 months. We are a privately owned company operating in a niche healthcare industry seeking an Invoicing Administrator/Data Entry to join our busy Invoicing/ACC team. The position of Administrator/Data Entry provides first class support to our team by processing medical scripts and entering customer data into our patient management systems CRM/Gensolve.
This busy role has a multi-faceted administrative function interfacing with clinicians, clinical scheduling and invoicing stock and product items. This position requires excellent and clear communication skills, the ability to thrive under pressure and recording data with accuracy as the position is responsible for managing data/product and script information from external agencies.
Previous knowledge of understanding medical terminology and customer information with a background in a healthcare clinical setting is highly desirable, however accuracy with inputting sensitive and confidential data, excellent customer service skills and willingness to learn new systems will also support your application.
