The client our Client is a Sydney based, end to end property investment manager with an impressive track record in achieving strong outcomes and results for their clients. With a focus on commercial office they offer strategic asset management, acquisitions and investment advice to a wide range of investors and clients. This group boasts an impressive leadership team with extensive presence in the market. This is an opportunity to work closely with the Directors and broaden your property skill set.

The role this role will find you supporting the executive leadership team across an array of property disciplines. You will be required to take ownership of all analytics and valuations reporting for the portfolio. You will be responsible for the entire portfolio and its performance and the reporting of it. You will collect and analyse portfolio data and contribute to investor reporting, as well as assisting in measuring both portfolio and asset level performance against budget.

There will be involvement in the management of debt facilities as well as the opportunity to assist with broader acquisitions and disposals. You'll also be tasked with budgeting and forecasting and managing the annual budget as part of the strategic asset plan. There will be involvement in development and capex feasibility analysis. There will also be an element of market research to support new acquisitions decision making.

Skills and experience you bring upwards of 3 years' experience as a Property Analyst or a Commercial Valuer and will be an adept financial modeler. This opportunity will see you liaising with multiple internal stakeholders, therefore excellent written and verbal communication is key. You will have exemplary communication skills with a strong work ethic and the desire to work in a high performing and fast paced environment. Attractive salary package of up to $120k for the successful candidate.
