The opportunity this role will challenge you and it's expected that you thrive in a boutique, fast-paced environment, with your coverage sitting across multiple facets of real estate, providing assistance across capital transactions, due diligence, acquisitions, development and funds and investment management. You'll utilise your advanced capabilities in financial modeling to assist senior management across current mandates as well as fund raising activity. It's imperative that you enjoy being in the detail and that you're at ease in a role where financial modelling is key.

The candidate you must have a passion for real estate and you'll have honed your analytical skills across funds/investment management or will have real estate-specific coverage from Deals/Real Estate Advisory or Investment Banking You'll thrive in an environment where you're encouraged to work autonomously. This opportunity will suit an Analyst with upwards of two years' experience with an enjoyment of a high-performance environment.
