Your Opportunity
We’re on the lookout for a proactive and customer-focused Inventory Solutions Specialist to join our South QLD team on a part-time, job-share basis. Based in Brisbane / Carole Park, you’ll work closely with our sales and operations teams to deliver innovative inventory solutions that meet customer needs and drive business growth. This role is hands-on and field-based, with access to a company car, phone, and computer to support your work across 2 days per week.
What You'll Be Doing:
Support sales growth by identifying opportunities and developing tailored inventory solutions
Implement and manage systems like vending machines, vendor-managed inventory, and onsite storage
Build strong relationships with customers and internal teams
Coach site facilitators and ensure inventory areas are well-maintained
Travel to customer and regional sites as needed
Ensure compliance with safety standards and customer site policies
What We’re Looking For:
5–7 years in a similar role, with 3–5 years in the industry.
Secondary education required
Strong communication and relationship-building
Commercial acumen and proposal writing
Ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders
Problem-solving and results-driven mindset
